Where do you operate from and do you support other states?

A.

Summer Technology operates from Melbourne, Australia. We have customers all over Australia (and in Dubai too); most of our customers are Melbourne based with many of them having offices/warehouses interstate. We support customers wherever they are through remote helpdesk and a physical visit if necessary. Summer Technology has technology partners in NSW, QLD and WA for emergency visits.

What industry is ABM or Sybiz best suited for?

A.

All business systems that we implement are suitable for about every industry. Our customers are diverse from straight traders to importers, from service companies to field service with mobility devices, from manufacturers to distribution and anything in between.

I want to use your Managed IT Services but I don’t want to be bound by contracts.

A.

At Summer Technology we are very flexible with the helpdesk and Managed IT Services engagement options. We can accommodate Pay as you Go or a flexible month to month block of hours. We do not hold customers to long term contracts as we believe in your freedom of choice: If you like our services you stick with us, otherwise it is our loss.

What if I use more that my allotted hours per month?

A.

We operate our block-hours on a cumulative balance basis, if you overused your monthly hours they roll over as negative for the next month, if you underused them then it is the opposite. There is no urgency in going into positive hours unless the amount of negative hours is substantial.

I have my own IT company but I want to use your services for Business Systems.

A.

We are more than happy to service you as much or as little , we have customers who use our services to the extreme and some who call us for certain types of services. We collaborate with all your third-party suppliers to achieve the best result for your business.
